Issue 01: Welcome to the coaching corner

In sales, project managing the details matters and can mean the difference between a deal closing and a deal falling apart.

Earlier last week I was chatting with the first AE of a startup I was advising and he mentioned one of the most useful tools that I urged him to start leveraging was a milestone calendar that laid out clear evaluation markers, stakeholders, and due dates. Having a central document that everyone can reference does wonders for the deal and shows that you are buttoned-up with the process.
